But when it comes to booking your venue and locking in your date, you feel clueless and overwhelmed. Your friends and family are already bugging you out the wazoo and asking, "When's the date??" You've started searching "Dallas wedding venues" on Google, but there are hundreds to choose from! You quickly close out the tab because you get too stressed. Geez Louise.
How amazing it would be to have a professional wedding planner's help in the vendor-hiring process! Someone who could take your vision, find a few amazing vendors for you to choose from (no more staring at Google pages with hundreds of options), see if they're available, collect their prices, and get them booked. Ah, now you could finally breathe! (And your family would stop bugging you about that date.)

You're feeling really confident about securing your vendor team, but you have NO IDEA about the theme and design! You have all these ideas floating around in your head, and you're clueless on how to make them actually happen. Do the colors you have in mind actually look good? Where on earth do you find a black and white checkered dance floor? How do you bring your bajillion ideas together but not make things look tacky and chaotic?
It would be so helpful to have an expert come in, filter through your mountain of ideas, and create a wedding design more beautiful than you ever thought possible! Someone who could create a vision board and hold your hand through the entire design process. She would help you pick out your florals, find those classy linen colors, and secure that dance floor.
Well, my dear, the Lord has heard your prayers! We have exactly what you need.
Note: Due to the extent of this service and how much we devote to our couples, we take a very limited number of partial planning couples every year. Fill out our contact form to see if we're still available!
We divide the planning process into 3 phases to keep things simple and streamlined:
1. Planning Phase
This phase consists of finding your venue, locking in your date, and securing your vendor team (photographer, caterer, DJ, etc.). We'll do all the heavy lifting by finding some options that best fit your vision and budget, reaching out to them on your behalf, getting their prices, and looking over the contracts before you sign.
2. Design Phase
During this phase, we're having meetings with your florist, decorator, and rental companies to choose your florals, linen colors, invitation suite, and all those dreamy details!
3. Execution Phase
This is the final phase where we, as your coordinators, are confirming all your vendors, relaying final details to your family and wedding party, finalizing the day-of timeline, and running the day.
With our Partial Planning Package, you get to choose whether you'd like help with the Planning Phase or the Design Phase, in addition to the Execution Phase! So you can choose to have our help with the Planning and Execution Phases OR the Design and Execution Phases. The choice is yours!
PLANNING + EXECUTION: Once you book with us, we'll start meeting right away to get your venue and entire vendor team secured. Once that's completed, you'll handle the Design Phase on your own, and we'll come back in a month before your wedding to get everything finalized.
DESIGN + EXECUTION: Once you're done with the Planning Phase, and you have all your vendors secured, then just let us know, and we'll get things rolling with the Design Phase! We'll work with you all the way up to the wedding day.

In addition to us handling things on the wedding day, you get to choose if you'd like our assistance with the vendor hiring process or with the design process!
During the Execution Phase and the Planning Phase/Design Phase (whichever you choose), you'll have unlimited acces to us via email. Whenever you have a question, we're here for you with an answer!
We'll provide our favorite vendor recommendations for each type of vendor, so that finding your vendor team is much less overwhelming!
We'll reach out to every vendor before the wedding to finalize all details, guest count, and logistics.
We'll reach out to your parents and wedding party before the big day to introduce ourselves, relay important details, and answer any questions they have.
We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you. All you need to do is show up, and we'll handle the rest!
On the wedding day, you'll have three coordinators from our team execute the day and ensure things go smoothly! Your lead coordinator will manage the vendors and timeline, your assistant will help the lead coordinator, and your bridal attendant will tend to you, your groom, bridal party, and family.
Our team will oversee vendor setup when we arrive and make sure everything is how you want it!
Throughout the day, we'll keep the vendor team on track and on the same page so that everything flows seamlessly!
Our team will line everyone up fifteen minutes before the ceremony, ensure the ring bearers or best man have the rings, coordinate the processional, cue the musicians, coordinate the recessional, and usher your guests to cocktail hour.
Our job is to keep the night on track and running smoothly! We'll coordinate the Grand Entrance, all special dances, dinner, toasts, dancing, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, send-off, and any other special events.
We'll pass out all vendor tip envelopes for you throughout the night.
We'll ensure your get-away ride arrives on time, load up your luggage/food/cake, and coordinate send-off.
We'll hand out wedding favors and send-off items to each guest at the end of the night.
We'll oversee vendor teardown and pack up your personal items at the end of the night.
We'll bring a fully-stocked emergency kit, and we'll also have a contingency plan to handle any and every hiccup that might come up!

We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you. All you need to do is show up, and we'll handle the rest!
